Payment
Rentals are paid by credit or debit card when booked. No deposit is taken. South Carolina sales tax is added. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid certificate.
Event rentals
An event rental covers delivery, the event dates on the order (Friday to Monday for weekend events) and pickup. Event units are not serviced during one-day events.
28-day rentals and renewal
Job site and long-term rentals are billed per 28-day cycle, not prorated, with weekly service included. Each cycle renews automatically and is billed at the start of the cycle until the renter requests pickup.
Ending a rental
Call or text (864) 209-8751 to request pickup. Pickup is usually completed within 1 to 2 business days. Billing stops on the pickup date. A cycle already started is not refunded.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 2 business days before delivery for a full refund. Cancel within 2 business days of delivery and the delivery charge is kept. Same-day orders cancelled before dispatch keep only the rush fee; once the truck is dispatched they are not refundable.
Date changes
Delivery dates and addresses can be changed at no charge up to 2 business days before delivery, subject to availability.
Site access
The renter provides a level, firm spot within about 30 feet of truck access, clear of overhead wires, and any gate codes. If the unit cannot be delivered, serviced or picked up because of blocked access, a trip fee applies.
Moving units
Renters may not move units. Relocation by our crew on the same property carries a move fee.
Care and damage
Do not put trash, diapers, chemicals, paint or lit materials in units. The renter is responsible for damage from fire, vandalism, vehicles, misuse or theft while the unit is on site, billed at repair or replacement cost.
Weather
Severe weather can delay delivery, service or pickup. We reschedule at the first safe opportunity at no charge.
Permits
The renter is responsible for any permits needed to place units on public property or in a right-of-way, and for venue or HOA approval.
Liability
Units are provided for their intended use. The renter is responsible for safe placement on the site they control and for supervising use at their event or job site.
