What we collect

The quote form collects your phone number, delivery ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, number of units and guest or crew count. When you book by phone we also collect your name, delivery address, email and payment details.

How the form is sent

Quote form entries are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms processes the entry only to deliver it to us.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Payment cards

Card details are taken by phone and processed through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Phone calls

Calls to our dispatch line may be recorded for quality and training. Call recordings are used only inside our company.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed to run it and may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views, calls and form submissions.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted within 12 months. Rental and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
