What information do I need to book a porta potty?
Booking a porta potty takes 6 pieces of information: the delivery address, the dates, the unit type, the number of units, an on-site phone number and a card for payment. Dispatch also asks where the unit should go and about gates, wires or tight turns. Booking by phone takes about 5 minutes.
After booking, you get an itemized invoice by email or text. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within the hour, or call and we resend it.
What happens on delivery day?
On delivery day, the driver arrives in a window between 7 AM and 7 PM and texts when on the way. The driver sets the unit on the marked spot, levels it, checks the door and stocks it. Nobody needs to be home. The truck needs a path about 10 feet wide, clear of low wires.

If the spot is blocked or unsafe, the driver calls you. If no one answers, the driver picks the closest safe spot. A unit that cannot be placed at all may carry a trip fee. Our placement checklist helps you avoid that.
How does weekly porta potty service work?
Weekly porta potty service happens once every 7 days on 28-day rentals, usually on the delivery weekday. The technician pumps the tank, scrubs the inside, adds deodorizer and restocks paper and sanitizer. You do not need to be there. Extra visits are booked by calling dispatch.
Missed service? Call with the address. A missed visit is made up on the next route day at no charge.
How do I extend or end a porta potty rental?
A porta potty rental on a 28-day cycle extends on its own: the cycle renews until you call for pickup. To end the rental, call or text dispatch with the address. Pickup usually happens within 1 to 2 business days, and billing stops on the pickup date.
Event rentals end on the pickup date set at booking. To keep an event unit longer, call before the pickup day.
What should never go in a porta potty?
Five things should never go in a porta potty: trash, diapers, wipes, paint and lit cigarettes. Trash and diapers clog the pump hose. Paint and chemicals ruin the tank treatment. Cigarettes can start a fire inside the plastic unit, and fire damage is billed to the renter.
Put a small trash can beside the unit at events. On job sites, keep the dumpster at least 10 feet away so debris does not land on the roof.
Rental process questions
Will I get a notification when the driver is on the way?
The driver texts or calls the on-site number before arriving. Make sure the number on the order is a cell phone that someone will answer on delivery day.
Can I move the porta potty myself after delivery?
Please do not move the unit yourself. The tank holds liquid and the unit can tip. Call dispatch and the crew moves it on the next route day.
What if the unit gets knocked over?
Call dispatch right away. The crew rights the unit, cleans the spill and checks for damage. Storm or vehicle damage is handled under the rental terms.
Can I add a second unit to my order?
Units can be added at any time. A unit added before delivery rides on the same truck. A unit added later gets its own delivery line.
